Votails Cookie Policy

Effective Date: May 15, 2026 Last Updated: May 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Votails website, votails.com (the "Website"), operated by Lash Digital Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Votails," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of and supplements our Privacy Policy.

This Cookie Policy applies to the Votails website only. The Votails mobile app does not use browser cookies. It uses on-device local storage (UserDefaults on iOS, DataStore on Android) for session and preference persistence, and may use mobile advertising identifiers only with your consent (see Privacy Policy).

1. The Short Version: We Do Not Use Cookies

The Website does not set cookies — of any kind.

The Website is a fully static informational site. It has no login, no user accounts, no forms that store data, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking technologies. Specifically, the Website does not use:

  • Session or authentication cookies (there is nothing to log in to)
  • Analytics or performance cookies
  • Functional or preference cookies
  • Marketing or advertising cookies
  • Pixel tags, web beacons, browser fingerprinting, or similar tracking technologies

Because no cookies are set, no cookie consent banner is shown and no cookie preference controls are needed — there is nothing to consent to or configure.

2. What Are Cookies?

For context: cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website, allowing the site to recognize your device and remember information about your visit. Many websites use them for logins, analytics, personalization, or advertising. As described above, this Website uses none.

3. Standard Web Server Logs

Like virtually all websites, the infrastructure that serves the Website may generate standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, requested page, browser type, and timestamp) for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. These logs are not used for tracking or profiling, are not combined with any other data about you, and are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. They do not involve cookies.

4. Third-Party Content

The Website is self-contained and does not currently embed third-party content (such as videos, social media widgets, or chat tools) that could set third-party cookies. If we ever add such embeds, we will update this policy first and, where required by law, obtain your consent before any third-party cookies are set.

5. If This Ever Changes

If the Website ever begins using cookies or similar technologies — for example, if we add a login area or privacy-respecting analytics — we will:

  1. Update this Cookie Policy before the change takes effect, including a full list of the cookies used, their purposes, and their durations
  2. Obtain your prior consent where required by law, via a clear consent mechanism
  3. Update the "Last Updated" date above

Until this policy says otherwise, you can rely on the Website setting zero cookies.

6. Browser Controls

Even though the Website sets no cookies, you can manage or block cookies for all websites through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site settings
  • Safari: Settings → Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
  • Mobile browsers: see your browser's help center

Blocking cookies will not affect your use of this Website.

7. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
